Thank you for shopping with K3 Products operated by Karo LLC! We are a small, veteran-owned business based in Brownsville, Oregon, and we ship orders from the United States.

Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or made-to-order items (if applicable) may take longer— we'll email you with an estimated timeline.

Shipping Methods and Rates
- We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for most domestic orders.  Additional carriers may be available at checkout. 
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and package dimensions (we use Shopify's real-time carrier rates where available).
  - Expedited options may be available at checkout.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Free shipping thresholds or promotions will be clearly shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times
- Continental US: 3–7 business days after processing (depending on carrier and location).
- Alaska/Hawaii: 5–10 business days.
- These are estimates only—actual delivery times depend on the carrier, weather, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Additional Notes
- All orders require a valid shipping address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain items or carriers.
- If an item is damaged or lost in transit, contact us at sales@k3-products.com within 7 days of delivery—we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
